Do you really come to my home?
Yes. USAVFT provides the classroom portion of eligible training in your home. Required live-fire qualification is completed separately at the designated range.
Do I need a FOID card to take the class?
A FOID card is not required merely to attend certain classroom portions when permitted by applicable law and course requirements.
Is the range included?
Range fees may be separate from the USAVFT course fee unless specifically stated otherwise.
Are classes offered in Spanish?
No. Website information is available in English and Spanish for convenience, but all USAVFT classes, instruction, testing, range commands and required student participation are conducted in English.
